Transportation from the airport: SJO International Airport. We ask that all participants arrive to the airport by 2:00pm for a 3pm pick up on Thursday from the airport to the retreat lodging. *Extra fee of $150 for transportation.

Welcome to the Supreme Essence family! This retreat is for those looking to learn how to make a variety of raw living foods and understand how raw food nutrition works. We will also be diving in deep, teaching life-changing detoxification protocols. The tone of this retreat is relaxation + fun in the sun + hands on raw food group cheffing!
