Our guided meditation is available for individual sessions and group events. We provide guided mediations virtually and in-person for various populations such as cancer survivor groups, trauma and crisis, retreats, corporate events, couples and much more. Our services help those needing spaces to reduce stress, anxiety, increase focus and attention. Our services are suited for beginners and the more advanced disciples to help build their endurance and incorporate meditation as apart of their lifestyle and daily routine.
