This will be a great challenge to experience how veganism/plant based eating feels for you and learn new ways to prepare food. During this challenge you will learn new veganized options for foods you've known and loved your whole life. Its also an opportunity to get in the kitchen and enjoy creating healthy meals from scratch that you and your family will love. We invite you to use this 21 day time period as a catalyst for deep growth and radical transformation into healthy lifestyle changes! You will receive recipes through-out the journey, plant based nutrition education, group support and much more! We highly recommend if you haven't already done so to purchase our (ebook ) cookbook filled with 50 recipes that you can explore throughout the journey. The group will feature a chat hosted on telegram and a private facebook group (each group you can post videos, questions, inspirations and any relative content for the extent of the journey). Upon purchasing this service you will receive the group chat link(s) and instructions further instructions to prepare for the challenge.
