Personal Transformation Class

Service Description

In this class we will be introducing key foundational pieces to healing and renegotiating trauma and how we transform our wounds into wisdom. What to expect :Topics covered will be nervous system regulation, inner child work-shadow work, somatic psychology and more. What to bring : Water, yoga mat ( we will be actively moving), pen and paper.
