Individual Session


This is perfect for those just looking for periodic support via education, meal making, and guidance on creating an individualized meal plan. 



Self Starter 


Includes one 1 hour consultation phone call, 2 video calls (for meal prep guidance), a 1-week individualized meal plan (21 meals and healthy snacks included), and 1 virtual grocery shopping support.



90 Day Program

Initial weekly video or phone sessions (for 4 weeks, then sessions will be biweekly). Sessions will include virtual meal making, education, emotional and mental support. It also includes an Individualized meal plan and 3 virtual grocery shopping.
