8 Week Group Coaching

Service Description

This is an 8 week Group Coaching Container The overarching theme for the container will be boundary repair with sub -themes in place each week. Topics to be covered are shame, numbness, depression, and abandonment to name some of the territory we will be navigating together. During session we will be engaged in story telling, experiential somatic exercises, learning ways to regulate our systems, group virtual energy work exchanges, and you will receive education on how imprints occur through relationships and ways to renegotiate them. There will be homework to maximize integration of what's learned. Resources will be given in the form of book recommendations, events and relative literature as well. Each group session is $45 and will span from Sept. 18th to Nov. 6th (this sign up page is the first initial payment for the 18th moving forward you will be invoiced weekly or you can pay in full) Sessions will be held each Each session will be recorded for your convenience.
