Tribe Strong Kids Meditation (ages 3-6)

Service Description

This is an informative course for parents with children ages 3-6 looking to incorporate meditation into their child's daily living. It includes 3 Pre recorded guided mediation videos that are age appropriate, instructional videos on how to meditate with your child, 1 one to one 30 minute meditation virtual zoom session, and a guided list of exercises & affirmations. Within 1-2 days of signing up, your instructor will contact you to schedule your 30 minute session as well as send to you all of your course material. We looking forward to working with you and assisting in creating intentional and Supreme beings.
