Service Description

A Blessingway is an ancient Navajo ceremony, in which family and friends gather in a spiritual setting to honor, celebrate, and raise the vibrations of mommy-to-be. Modern culture has become so preoccupied with showering the baby, that we’ve forgotten about the importance of the mother as well. This feminine circle of support will cradle her and give her the strength needed to birth and mother her child. This ceremony will cater to the spiritual beliefs of the mother in order to properly offer her what she needs on her new journey. This ceremony is for new and seasoned moms. And is guided by Akiyla Mcqueen an ordained spiritual priestess. She has experience in providing ceremonial spaces for a variety of sacred spaces.
